- Opportunity to assist various clients in their recruitment activities e.g. overseas recruitment
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target industries, and potential client accounts.
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition through cold calling, strategic account penetration, presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage client relationships by understanding hiring needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report business development activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align on client requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
- Open to candidates with interest in sales and business development; training will be provided for those without prior experience.
- Possess strong communication, organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
