Warehouse Assistant

Full-Time | Clean, Organized Work Environment | Immediate Start

• Your Responsibilities
• Outbound (Order Fulfillment)
• Accurately pick goods from designated storage locations
• Label, pack, and neatly organize items in the outbound area
• Ensure timely and complete pick-and-pack for daily deliveries
• Properly hand over goods and delivery documents to drivers
• Submit completed delivery paperwork to the Customer Service team after verification
• Inbound (Receiving & Put-Away)
• Acknowledge and receive incoming goods from freight forwarders or delivery personnel
• Check quantity and condition of items, and organize by lot or serial number
• Safely put away items into assigned locations within a set timeframe
• Clearly mark receipt information on documents (e.g. packing list, invoice)
• Dispose of unwanted materials in the designated area on the same day
• Warehouse & Inventory Maintenance
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times
• Regularly housekeep storage areas to maximize space and streamline access
• Segregate unsellable goods in a designated quarantine zone
• Conduct weekly cycle counts based on the scheduled inventory plan
• Willingness to do light overtime when needed
