Responsibilities:

Develop and implement mid-to-long-term strategies to drive business performance and support sustainability initiatives.
Define annual business plans and goals, track progress, assess performance, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Foster collaboration with Korean speaking stakeholders and Korea HQ to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication of plans.
Lead the commercialization of innovative manufacturing technologies, including new business models and pilot projects.
Drive ESG planning, manage external communications, and coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts.
Support early-stage strategic initiatives by promoting effective execution and aligning departmental objectives with organizational priorities.
Conduct research on Industry 4.0 and smart factory trends to inform strategic planning efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution, or relevant experience in a strategy consulting environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, strategy consulting, or smart factory management.
Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korea HQ and Korean speaking counterparts.
