We are seeking Architectural Designers with 1- 4 years of experience to join our team, specializing in large-scale hospitality projects and luxury residential homes. Key Responsibilities:

Provide architectural design expertise and related services.

Work independently and collaboratively with a team of Architectural and Interior Designers on large-scale hospitality and luxury residential projects.

Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and proficiency in contract administration.

Develop detailed, innovative designs with a flair for architectural detailing.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

4 years of architectural practice experience in hospitality and residential sectors.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software aligned with industry standards.

Strong knowledge of construction practices and excellent organizational skills.

A team player with meticulous attention to detail and project management skills and proven track record.
