Our client is a renowned Technology firm in Singapore with more than 30 years of establishment. With their expertise, they provide a one-stop solution services to thousands of companies ranging from big corporations, SMEs’ as well as government bodies.

Currently, they are seeking for an Account Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing statutory accounts.
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Working with spreadsheets, sales ledgers and journals.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Assist in credit control and Account Receivable.
Invoice processing and filing.
Monthly Commission report
Ad hoc work assigned by management

Requirements:

Preferably with 1 year of related working experience as an Account Assistant.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot, and Vlookup
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
Self-motivated, independent, able to multi-task and work as a team
