Job Scope:
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels
- Build and improve marketing funnels, landing pages and customer journeys to maximize conversion performance
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, messaging and landing pages
- Write persuasive marketing copy for ads, landing pages, emails, video scripts and promotional materials
- Conceptualize engaging ad creatives and work with designers/video editors to bring ideas to life
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and acquisition efficiency
- Conduct market and audience research to better understand customer behavior and needs
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, platforms and technologies
- Leverage AI and marketing tools to improve content creation and campaign execution
Requirements:
- At least 1 – 2 years of digital/performance marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Meta and/or Google Ads
- Creative with good copywriting skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Interest in finance, investing, or SaaS is a plus
- Bonus Skills: Exposure to Generative AI tools, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, email marketing or creative design tools will be an advantage.
