Full Time Sales Associate

Duchess Singapore is a luxury boutique specialising in curated vintage timepieces. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and personalised watch consultations
Handle walk-in customers, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries
Assist in sales transactions and after-sales follow-ups
Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
Support daily store operations and stock handling
Create basic sales content (IG stories, simple product shots)

Requirements:

Well-groomed, confident, and sales-oriented
Retail or luxury sales experience preferred (training provided)
Interest in watches, fashion, or luxury goods is a strong advantage
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Responsible, proactive, and a team player
Able to commit on Sundays (Half Day) and peak retail hours
Attractive 4.5 day work week
