Position: Personal Assistant
  • Location: Raffles Quay (walking distance from MRT)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days AL + Flexi Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Insurance Broking

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to director
  • Manage the director’s calendar and travel arrangements including flights, transportation and accommodation bookings
  • Manage director’s email correspondences
  • Schedule business meetings
  • Manage director’s expenses and reimbursements
  • Facilitate communication and coordination by conveying the director's instructions and work arrangements to various stakeholders within the company
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience as a personal assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict confidentiality
