Revenue Recovery Specialist (Automotive)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and collection of outstanding customer accounts.
• Contact customers to follow up on payments and manage overdue balances
• Handle administrative tasks including enquiries, payment arrangements, and ongoing monitoring of debt accounts.
• Manage debt recovery activities for delinquent loan accounts and other assigned portfolios.
• Negotiate suitable repayment plans with customers to facilitate recovery.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and carry out site or residential visits when required.
• Coordinate repossession and oversee the sale of vehicles or equipment when necessary.
• Address customer enquiries related to accounts while ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of debts.

• Minimum qualification of GCE O-Level or Diploma in any field of study.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in debt management or collections.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience within the banking or financial services industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skill
