About the Programme
The Management Trainee (MT) Programme is a one year accelerated structured development programme for the trainee to gain insights and broad exposure on the company’s business operations and build a meaningful career with Harvey Norman.
This is a comprehensive 12-month programme with structured operational immersion, mentorship and professional development opportunities to develop the trainee into leaderships roles in the Company.
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo rotations across key business functions, which may include retail operations, sales operations, and other corporate departments. The rotations are designed to provide a holistic understanding of the business and build a strong foundation for your career progression into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in structured rotational assignments across multiple departments
- Gain hands-on operational and strategic experience in different business functions
- Work closely with department leaders on projects and daily operations
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership in assigned tasks and projects
