Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to join their dynamic team. This dual-role position requires an individual who can effectively manage both financial and human resource functions. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks while also handling HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Responsibilities (Main 80%):
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Handle tax filings, statutory payments, and compliance with local regulations.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of all financial data.
- Process payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments for employees.
- Support the Finance Manager in audit preparation and other financial reporting tasks.
- Maintain and update financial records and reports.
HR Responsibilities (Minor 20%):
- Payroll (for around 15 employees)
- Support the HR Manager in various administrative HR tasks.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounts and HR.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
