As a Tour Operations Management Intern, you'll be part of the team that brings our tours to life—from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in event coordination, customer engagement, and the tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities- Help prepare for tours by packing logistics, coordinating bookings, and liaising with guides, clients, venues, and vendors
- Support post-tour follow-ups, including collecting guest feedback and online reviews
- Take part in tour delivery by playing fun and important roles like facilitator, coordinator, game master, or admin/tech support (on-site and virtual)
- Track and manage supplies and logistics for tours
- Represent the company professionally when engaging with clients and participants
- Work closely with the sales and business development team to ensure smooth and successful tours
- Assist with sourcing supplies and supporting new tour ideas when needed
- Allowance: Internship stipend + $50 monthly transport allowance
- Visually presentable and speaks in a warm and pleasant manner.
- Enjoys being on the ground and interacting with others.
- Comfortable with public speaking and confident in managing a group during activities or tours.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of initiative.
