Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily tasks, including data entry, payment processing, and expense tracking
  • Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
  • Handle office administration duties such as document filing, scheduling, and procurement
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Liaise with external vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Provide general administrative support to management and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
