Job Description
Strategise & Conceptualise- Develop creative content strategies that drive engagement and virality across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Capture high-quality video content optimised for various social media platforms.
- Edit and refine both short-form and long-form content to maintain high engagement and storytelling impact.
- Oversee content scheduling, posting, and audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor content performance and adapt strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and impact.
- Stay updated on viral social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
- Incorporate trending elements into content strategies to enhance discoverability and engagement.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas that align with brand positioning and audience interests.
- Develop a content pipeline that balances trending topics, evergreen themes, and strategic brand messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing and media team to execute content strategies and bring creative concepts to life.
- Align content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Assist with additional marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.
