What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily order processing, packing, and coordination with logistics partners.
• Help update product listings and images across our website and marketplaces (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee,).
• Track inventory and assist with stock management.
• Provide basic customer support via email, chat, and social media.

• Support content creation (photos, videos, stories, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Schedule and post content to keep our social channels active and engaging.
• Help with influencer outreach and partnerships.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and newsletters.

• Update website banners and product info using Shopify.
• Assist in analysing marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in brand shoots, showroom setup, and events where needed.

• A student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields.
• Passionate about fashion, design, and ecommerce.
• Creative, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, or willing to learn fast.
• Strong writing and visual sense — you understand what makes content scroll-stopping.
• A positive team player who loves learning and takes initiative.

• Hands-on experience in running a modern fashion ecommerce business.
• Exposure to real-world marketing, content creation, and customer engagement.
• Mentorship from the founder and creative team.
• Portfolio-worthy projects and potential for conversion to full-time role.
