• You will support the Project Architects in daily contract administration and project tracking.
• You will prepare and evaluate tender documents, contract agreements, and variation orders.
• Lead or participate in project and contract-related meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Draft project master programmes and contractual correspondence.
• Assess and resolve contractual claims, including Extension of Time and variation claims.
• Review and advise on legal and contractual documents prepared by clients or consultants.
• Assist in preparing fee proposals, consultancy claims, and sub-consultant agreements.
• Maintain thorough project documentation for effective claims and risk management.

• A recognised degree in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience with local contract conditions such as PSSCOC, SIA, and REDAS.
• Strong understanding of all project phases from inception to final completion.
