Your Day to Day- Public Relations
- Draft media releases, champion media outreach initiatives, maintain media relations.
- Develop tasting menu and program rundown in consultation with key stakeholders within and cross-department, briefing of operational teams prior to hosting date.
- Host media tastings, including managing invites, RSVPs, seating and menus; conducting follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of media coverage.
- Archive and track press clippings in a timely manner, update brand asset library; provide monthly Public Relations coverage reports.
- Hygiene maintenance of media/influencer lists, with continual efforts to cultivate media network.
- Campaigns and Partnerships
- Support the execution of annual marketing plans: conceptualise promotional mechanics; develop effective communications/publicity plans that leverage online and offline touchpoints to drive marketing objectives; manage campaign timelines; post-campaign reporting.
- Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison from ideation and development of win-win ideas with potential partners (e.g. lifestyle brands, wellness collectives) to drafting proposals and negotiating deliverables.
- Key liaison to internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication of marketing objectives, campaign deliverables and support required.
- Collaborate with Design lead to craft visually appealing and effective marketing content. Adapt design for in-house collaterals using Canva (e.g. tent cards, digital posters, website banners, etc.).
- Monitor and track performance to derive meaningful insights and learnings for internal sharing
- Digital Marketing
- Executive compelling email communications: calendar creation, design mailers, database maintenance, segmentation and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with Design lead to ideate compelling social media content that highlight key sells. Amplify content through paid social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Hygiene maintenance of Publico’s Google Business Profile. Brief and collaborate with appointed digital agency for paid search campaigns (Google SEM), monitor ad performance for effectiveness.
- Hygiene maintenance of owned website content, including but not limited to promotions, digital menus and e-voucher listings. Collaborate with external agency on SEO content optimisation.
- Hygiene maintenance of third-party listings (e.g. Chope, TripAdvisor) to ensure updated imagery, digital menus, compelling copy, and clear call-to-action.
- Budget and Admin
- Maintain budget tracker in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collect vendor quotes, ensure timely approvals and payments.
- Develop effective relationship within the Marketing team and cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviours to identify opportunities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with minimum 1-year proven experience in Marketing, and with direct involvement in marketing campaigns, partnerships and Public Relations initiatives. Prior experience in Food and Beverage industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva, CMS and digital marketing (EDM, Google ads, Meta ads) is a plus.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with diverse audiences.
- An enthusiastic collaborator who is quick to build rapport, eager to learn, and capable of supporting cross-functional teamwork with clarity and professionalism.
