About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Site Engineer to join our team at CoGri Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, part of the globally recognized CoGri Group.
This role offers the opportunity to work on specialist flooring systems supporting advanced automation, logistics operations, and data centers across Asia Pacific. Our work goes beyond conventional construction - we deliver highly specialized, performance-based solutions for our clients across the region.
This is a full-time role based in Singapore, with opportunities to support projects across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing- Plan and execute specialist flooring solutions for automated logistics facilities, industrial developments, and data centers
- Oversee and manage site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and performance requirements
- Monitor and enforce quality, safety, and engineering standards throughout all stages of construction
- Conduct site inspections, analyze results, and identify and resolve technical issues affecting project delivery
- Assist in the preparation of method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), project drawings and construction programmes
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and technically compliant delivery
- Participate in client and consultant meetings
- Be actively involved in on-site execution and supervision
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in construction (experience in industrial, logistics, or data centre projects will be advantageous)
- Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in general computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) will be advantageous
- High level of attention to detail and discipline in execution of works
- Able to follow defined processes and quality procedures
- Willingness to work in a detail orientated environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage demanding site conditions
- Effective communication skills to interface with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel and work on regional projects
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with strong ownership of work
- Ability to manage and contribute across multiple concurrent projects
