Product Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment/ Vision)

Responsibilities
- Setup and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment
- Document engineering improvements for future reference
- Create procedures for assembly, inspection and testing of equipment
- Collaborating with the engineering team and software team to optimise system design
- Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in setting up automation equipment
- Process good knowledge of electro mechatronic systems
- Able to travel overseas for field support when required
