Personal Assistant
About the role
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Partner of our law firm. This is a hybrid role with flexible WFH arrangement.
What you'll be doing- Manage the Managing Partner's calendars, schedules and appointments
- Handle all incoming calls, emails and visitors in a professional manner
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, correspondence and other documents
- Organise and coordinate business meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies, equipment and inventory
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as required
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager
- Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience providing support in a professional services or legal environment preferred
