- Taking off quantites
- Study contract documents / drawings and raise queries for clarifications
- Prepare and review quotations
- Obtain quotation, liaise and negotiate with sub-contractor and supplier
- Prepare variation order from on-going project and submit to client
- Familiar with Singapore Contracts
- Salary offer will depends on experience and qualifications
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Must have relevant experience in GeBiz
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
- Proficient in Autocad will be great advantages
- Able to work independently & Willing to learn
- 5 Days Work Week
