- Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit casual labor (e.g., F&B, event, hotel crew)
- Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding
- Maintain database of active and standby staff
- Support day-to-day operations and deployment planning
- Build strong relationships with both clients and workers
- Prior experience in recruitment or manpower coordination preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
