About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, ensure operational excellence across outlets, and support business growth through effective project and team management.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Operations Executive, you will be assisting in managing with the following functions for the Company:

  • Day-to-day activities of company operations
  • Ensure delivery of the overall operational metrics & sales targets
  • Ensure SOP compliance met in stores
  • Set and constant review of Quality Performance Standards. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors for local and overseas outlets. Identify and highlight further opportunities for services and process improvements.
  • Evaluate and enhance current operational systems
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints. Train current and new employees on proper customer service practices
  • Motivate and effectively performance manage team to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan.
  • Manage logistic resources and ensure accurate inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Manage facelift and/or major renovation of stores
  • Monitor performance against operational goals and develop reporting and audit process used to analyse operational effectiveness
  • Apply project management skills and provide pipeline on store readiness
  • Control operational costs, identify measures to cut waste and maintain efficiency metrics.
  • Detailed reporting of weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Implement policies and protocols for Business Continuity to maintain future store operations.
  • Handle special projects when requested.
Skills
  • Diploma (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in operations with multi-store management experience in F&B industry.
  • Computer literacy including usage of Google applications
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
