HR Executive - Toa Payoh

Are you passionate about HR and looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? As an HR Generalist with Payroll Experience, you will be responsible for managing payroll, HR operations, and compliance, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for employees including international payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Responsible for quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting in payroll.
  • Participate in HR cost provision reporting to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis.
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports, promptly addressing discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with Finance on payroll closure, general ledger reporting, payroll reconciliations.
  • Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions or concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Manage all records in the HRIS and ensure all information is updated accurately from time to time.
  • Manage all type of government claims submissioon
  • Manage employee flexi benefits programs
  • Support in all company events, and handle ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in E-frontier and payroll software; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Understanding of regional HR practices and payroll compliance are a plus
