L1 IT Engineer (Renewable 1-year contract | Completion Bonus)

Be stationed at client’s premise and provide IT administration support for users.

Basic Up to $3k
Mon – Fri / 8.30am – 6pm
Office at CBD area

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Troubleshoot and fix basic IT problems, including system errors and software glitches.
Install, upgrade, and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Handle desktop support tasks, including imaging/re-imaging laptops and PCs, and setting up peripherals such as printers, scanners, and network cabling.

Requirements:

NITEC/ Diploma or higher in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in IT support.
Basic knowledge of server and networking.
Experience with mass deployment of computers.
