Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director
  • Location: City Hall
  • Working hours: 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Principal / Managing Director.
  • Manage calendar, appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain and organise files and documentation.
  • Take meeting minutes and assist with follow-ups.
  • Handle errands and ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience.
  • Prior experience in a Professional Services environment (e.g. law firm, accounting or consulting firm) preferred.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred.
