Job Summary

A Construction Company is seeking a self-motivated and independent Construction Supervisor to lead civil activities on projects, ensuring schedule adherence, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities to achieve project schedule, quality, and safety targets
Manage and coordinate civil and recovered materials work to meet project safety, environmental, quality, and program objectives
Monitor and control materials on site to ensure timely availability aligned with the construction program
Enforce compliance with LAL health and safety standards to deliver high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or any Construction-related course
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a construction supervisor
