• Job Description:

This role offers growth into a core technical lead function, supporting both operations and regulatory alignment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate electrical works across residential and commercial sites
• Review technical drawings and manage regulatory submissions (e.g. BCA, EMA)
• Ensure project execution aligns with local electrical codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with licensed electricians, project managers, and technical teams
• Contribute to internal compliance documentation and QA/QC processes
• May be considered for designation in key technical roles aligned with regulatory frameworks (e.g. BCA workhead applications)
• Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably BCA-recognised)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore
• Familiar with EMA, SP Group, and BCA procedures
• Strong documentation, communication, and project coordination skills
• Proactive and quality-focused with attention to detail
• Preferred Skills:
• Electrical Installation Supervision
• Regulatory Submissions (EMA / BCA / SP Group)
• Project Documentation & Compliance
• Smart Home System Integration
• BCA Workhead Familiarity (ME workheads a plus)
• Safety and QA/QC Knowledge
