Project Engineer (Facilities Management – Building Works)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage building works including repairs, A&A, refurbishment, and reinstatement works
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare quotations, SOR pricing, proposals, variation orders (VO), and progress claims
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF & WSH requirements
- Prepare project reports, documentation, RA/SWP/MOS submissions
- Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Facilities Management, or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in building works / FM / construction
- Experience in quotations, claims, and contract administration preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Singapore-based role
- Experience in Facilities Management environment preferred
