Job Summary
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support the Marketing Team in strategizing, planning, and executing creative campaigns and activations across a range of platforms. This includes social media, partnerships, influencer marketing, SEO, email outreach, and analytics — all to keep Mind Stretcher at the forefront of Singapore’s education sector.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support the Marketing Team across a range of responsibilities:
Brand Campaigns & Activations:
- Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns and activations across our 3 brands (Mind Stretcher, Master Speakers, Mind Sparks). Coordinate with internal stakeholders (creative, business teams) to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery.
Communications:
- Support the creation and scheduling of communications, including email newsletters, messages, and more.
Social Media:
- Help manage content calendars and schedule posts for social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram group).
Online & Offline Touchpoints:
- Maintain websites and centre-related touchpoints.
Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to support campaign planning.
Tracking:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance; assist with basic analysis and insights.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing innovation.
- Assist with any ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passionate about the education industry.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship (5 days a week) for a duration of 6 months.
