Recruiter (Basic + uncapped Commission)

Details:

• Location: Jurong East (walking distance)
• Work hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
• Uncapped commission, overseas company trips, and exciting company events

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assigned roles to support timely hiring fulfilment
• Coordinate interview arrangements and liaise with internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage offer coordination and onboarding activities for successful candidates
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide administrative support for hiring activities
• Support recruitment projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
