Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Assistant Manager/Senior Executive to join the Caregiving team in driving key initiatives that strengthen caregiver preparedness, awareness and partnerships within the healthcare and community care sector.

You will be part of the caregiver support strategic planning team.

  • Conduct skills identification and gap analysis for family and migrant domestic worker caregivers to enhance caregivers preparedness.
  • Identify current and emerging competencies of caregivers and stakeholders by analysing the caregiving landscape, including caregiver motivations and challenges to learning and empowerment
  • Support the rollout of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency's Caregiver Training framework and related processes, in partnership with other government agencies and internal AIC divisions.
  • Curate and align training course catalogues for caregivers and service providers, ensuring relevance to competency frameworks by working closely with internal AIC divisions and other government agencies.
  • Increase awareness and recognition of caregiver support by collaborating with internal and external partners to promote services, schemes, and caregiver-friendly workplace initiatives.
  • Design and implement local community engagement initiatives and enhance resources and navigation tools to help caregivers and service providers access support effectively.
  • Drive sector engagement by building holistic partnerships with internal AIC divisions and community care sector players to strengthen caregiver support.
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of caregiver preparedness, awareness, and recognition initiatives, and implement continuous improvement measures as needed.
Job requirements
  • Recognised Bachelor Degree, preferably in a social work, social science or healthcare-related discipline, with preferably at least 2 years of experience in healthcare, social or community care sectors.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, responsible and can work in fast changing environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Good project management skills
