Your responsibilities will include initiating and titrating assisted ventilation, managing various ventilatory modes and equipment, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Respiratory Therapy/Care from recognised institutions
• Respiratory Therapist credentials in the country of training and licensure
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/BLS) certificate
• Respiratory Therapists must be certified by Respiratory Therapy Credential Evaluation Panel (CEP) to practice
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in respiratory care (ICU experience preferred)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and rotating shifts (day/night)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
• Commitment to continuous professional development
