Retail Associate (3 Months Contract to Permanent) – Luxury Sportswear Brand

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a renowned luxury sportswear brand as a Full-Time Retail Associate. This is a 3-month contract role with high potential to convert to a permanent position. You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service, maintaining store standards, and creating a vibrant shopping experience.

Job Details:

Salary: Up to $2,200 + commission ($300–$800/month based on performance)
Working Hours: 44 hours/week (5-day work week including weekends and public holidays)
Location: Changi Airport Terminal 2
Transport: Free transport provided for early (6am) or late (1am) shifts
Shift Timing (non-negotiable roster-based):
6am–3pm
12pm–9pm / 1pm–10pm
2pm–12am / 3pm–1am

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily store operations and contribute to sales performance
Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
Manage feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally
Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
Assist with inventory checks and merchandising
Build positive rapport with customers and teammates

Requirements:

No prior retail experience required – training provided
Enjoys interacting with people in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Good communication and interpersonal skills
