Senior Engineer (Digital Forensics) - Toa Payoh

The Opportunity:

• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintained enterprise systems with a strong focus on cybersecurity, including regular patching, updates, and troubleshooting of reported issues.
• Collaborated with technology vendors for issue escalation and ensured adherence to service level agreements through accurate incident reporting and record-keeping.
• Managed and updated technical documentation to support system maintenance and operational continuity.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years in managing and executing projects in endpoint security, data loss prevention, and vulnerability management
• Proven experience in Operations Support with technologies like Microsoft, Thales, Cisco, McAfee
