Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and ensure activities run smoothly.
Support administrative tasks related to providing advisory services to patients and their families.
Handle data entry and reports on financial assistance using electronic systems.
Speak with patients and families to collect information and guide them through financial assessment processes.
Conduct assessments and home visits when needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Nitec
At least 3 years of related work experience.
Background in customer service is a plus.
Good communication and people skills.
