Bukit Merah - IT Support Engineer (ICT Equipment Maintenance)

• On-Site Hardware Support: Conduct on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a range of ICT hardware such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, conferencing tools, network switches, NAS, and NVR systems.
• IT Equipment Management: Handle the relocation and setup of IT peripherals within different rooms of the same building, ensuring everything operates efficiently.
• SaaS Platform Oversight: Manage and support SaaS applications including Office 365, Zoom, and other multi-platform tools. Track usage and billing, and address user issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Employee IT Support: Provide end-to-end IT support during employee onboarding and offboarding. Tasks include configuring email, VPN, printers, and Remote Desktop access to ensure a seamless experience.
• Coordination with Internal Teams and Vendors: Collaborate with the IT team at China HQ to manage feature requests, troubleshoot issues, and deliver prompt resolutions.

Requirements

Must Have:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support or hardware maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mainstream ICT hardware and hands-on experience with PCs, network switches, servers, etc.
• Familiarity with key SaaS tools and a basic understanding of cloud services.
• Effective communication skills, attention to documentation, and the ability to provide solid technical support.

Nice to Have:

• Background in start-ups or tech companies.
• Experience with network configuration and Linux systems.
• Basic knowledge of server rooms, network cabling, electrical systems, and ELV infrastructure.
