Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Marketing Assistant to support daily marketing operations, particularly in social media execution and content planning. This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role depending on performance and organisational needs.

• Schedule, prepare, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and 小红书
• Manage and update social media and marketing content calendars
• Support content preparation by drafting captions, hashtags, and basic visual assets
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect information for marketing communications
• Ensure all scheduled posts are published accurately and on time
• Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed

• Diploma is an advantage but not mandatory; no formal certification required
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and 小红书
• Understanding of social media posting timelines and content planning basics
• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing deadlines
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
