The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead proactive sales efforts, grow corporate and group segments, and expand presence across key markets—including China. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hunting new business while nurturing long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify, source, and secure new corporate & group accounts.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets.
- Drive business through cold calls, client visits, networking & sales missions.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows & networking sessions.
- Partner with regional sales offices to expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends & competitor activity to uncover opportunities.
- Lead business development efforts within the China market.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets and growth KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing or related field.
- Proven success in hotel sales (both proactive & reactive).
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS (or similar systems).
- Highly results-driven, adaptable, and commercially savvy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
