Order Management Executive

Our client is a well-established automotive company in Singapore, currently seeking an Order Management Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management process and handling the preparation of shipping documentation.

• West / Central
• M-F 9am - 6pm, hybrid work arrangement
• Permanent opportunity

• Order processing
• Prepare and manage all required import and export shipping documentation, including the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any additional necessary paperwork.
• Perform goods receipt and packing slip entries in the company's SAP system to ensure timely and accurate transaction postings.
• Update inventory records and invoices to accurately reflect the movement and current status of goods.
• Maintain well-organized documentation for audit readiness and future reference.
• Provide support for product recall activities by supplying distribution records, verifying details, and reconciling supply chain-related information.

• Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of experience in order management
• Strong knowledge in L/C and payment and import & export documentation
• Familiarity with incoterm
