Production Technician/ Manufacturing Operator (MNC, 5 Days, Training Provided)

Summary:

• Basic range: $1600-$2000 + OT
• 5 days, office hours
• Transport allowance + Flexi benefits
• AWS +VB
• Multiple locations hiring: West/ North
• MNC

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
• Achieve daily production targets efficiently
• Follow work instructions and assignments given by the Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area
• Report any production issues or machine breakdowns to the Production Supervisor
• Adhere strictly to work procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform general production duties such as stacking, stamping, spot welding, hole punching, packing, and material handling
• Operate assigned machinery after receiving in-house training
• Possess basic maintenance knowledge for equipment handling

• Report to Team Leader, Engineers, and Quality Manager
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections in accordance with the Quality Control Inspection Plan (QCIP), General Assembly, and Single-Line Diagrams
• Verify component placement and ratings, wiring colour codes, labeling accuracy, paint thickness, busbar dimensions, fasteners (e.g. length and tightness), surface conditions, and proper torque application
• Ensure QCIP is accurately completed and uploaded to the local cloud system
• Highlight and report any non-conformities to Manufacturing and Assembly Team Leaders

Requirements:

• Min experience in QC control/ Machine operation in manufacturing will be added advantage
• No prior experience required, training provided
