QUANTITY SURVEYOR
$5,000 -$6,000 per month
Our client is an international fitting out contractor with offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo.
The are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Singapore team.
Responsibilities:
- Cost planning, cost control, budgeting, procurement,
- Prepare tender documents and carry out measurement ;
- Costing for interior contracting projects
- Prepare budgets and monthly progress
- Obtain quotation from suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate and award subcontracts
- Attend tender interviews
- Maintain and update the QS records and documents
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent;
- 4 years + relevant QS experience
- Experience working with interior contractor
- Experience working on office fitting out projects
- Well organized, proactive and have initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good PC skills, Excel
