The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Social Media & Community Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This role is focused on building up a highly engaged community through relevant content and exciting visuals.
What You’ll Own- Content Creation: Develop, curate and schedule content across Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube & Linkedin for our key brands
- Community Management: Monitor comments, DMs and mentions across all brand accounts in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Media and KOLs Relationships: Foster authentic engagement by responding to followers, amplifying user-generated content and direct relationships with KOLs and media.
- CRM and email content management: Craft and execute relevant and targeted content to our own base of subscribers
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on reach, impressions, engagement and follower growth across events for each brand account
- 3-5 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in an agency, media or entertainment environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple brand accounts
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to adapt tone, voice and style across different brands and audiences
- Proficiency in content creation tools and experimental with AI
- Solid knowledge of social media analytics and reporting, with experience reporting to multiple levels of stakeholders
- Familiar with social media management and scheduling tools
- Manage media and KOL relationships across the region
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail; manage multiple deadlines
- Creative thinker with an eye for trends, aesthetics and engaging content
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with creative, talent and commercial team
- Self-starter who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision
- Genuine passion for culture, entertainment and music
- Region knowledge across South East Asia and/or North Asia
- Passion for music and live entertainment
- Experience with festivals, regional touring, CRM, or AI.
