Urgent !!! HR Generalist (Recruitment, Regional)

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth and timely HR service delivery.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, agencies, and direct search.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support offer preparation and onboarding handover.
• Utilize Unit4 Prosoft HRIS and ATS platforms to create and manage job requisitions, track candidate pipelines and hiring stages, maintain accurate recruitment data and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with full-spectrum HRM experience.
• Experience in regional HR portfolios preferred.
• Familiar with HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and ATS systems are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour regulations.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple entities concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / HR analytics reporting.
