This Lead role serves as a Key Account Manager to an established tech company with strategic relationship with the company. The Lead Recruiter/Key Account Manager will be responsible for
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified technical candidates.
- Overseeing the operation and delivery support to the client to ensure top notch and on point service.
- The recruiter's day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with client to understand their needs, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the recruitment industry, specifically in technical roles, is a plus
- Strong account management experience with large volume hiring in tech environment
- Experience in Account Management and Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
