Preventive Technician – Semiconductor Fab (Woodlands)
Remuneration & Benefits- Monthly Base Salary: $2,400 – $2,500 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications).
- Option 1: Fixed Day Shift
o 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
o Fixed 5-day week (Sun–Thu OR Tue–Sat)o No night shifts; OT available until 9:30 PM or on rest days.
- Option 2: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts
o 3-4-4-3 pattern (Average 15 work days per month).
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor advanced Fab equipment (Etch, Deposition, and Lithography).
- Execute wafer loading/unloading tasks strictly according to SOPs.
- Perform routine equipment checks and escalate technical faults to the Engineering team.
- Maintain high-standard cleanroom protocols and update production system logs accurately.
- Education: NITEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Prior experience with TEL or Kokusai equipment is highly preferred.
- Physical/Environment: Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear a full-body jumpsuit for the duration of the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in a semiconductor fab or wafer-handling environment is a significant advantage.
