We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer/Scheduler to join our client’s dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for multiple projects (two or more concurrently).
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly progress reports, including schedule updates, progress analysis, and critical path assessments.
- Develop, submit, and maintain baseline programs for all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and contract requirements.
- Revise and re-baseline programs as necessary due to project changes, delays, or client directives.
- Provide scheduling support for Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including delay analysis, forensic scheduling, and preparation of supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather progress data and ensure schedule accuracy.
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and propose mitigation measures to prevent potential delays.
- Attend project meetings and present schedule-related insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and best practices in project planning and scheduling.
- Support the project team in resource leveling, cost-loaded schedules, and scenario planning as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.
- Proven experience managing schedules for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and delay analysis.
- Experience in preparing baseline programs, monthly progress reports, and EOT claim schedules.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PSP, CCP) will be an added advantage.
