- Oversee and manage all project installation and engineering works, including personnel mobilization and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout project implementation.
- Manage site activities, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring project milestones are met and deliveries are on schedule.
- Plan, supervise, and control project operations, including cost re-estimation, manpower planning, and work scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners.
- Prepare monthly updates and reports on operational status, progress, and related issues.
