Events Management Executive - Bedok
Working Hours: 6 Days work week, Tuesday – Sunday
We are an established education company based in Singapore, dedicated to providing high-quality and accessible educational services tailored specifically for international students. We are seeking an Events Management Executive with a strong understanding of the international student services sector to support our student recruitment initiatives and operations both locally and internationally.
This role involves managing events from planning to execution, enhancing student engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with institutions and clients — all with the goal of driving business growth and delivering exceptional learning experiences.
You should be comfortable leading large groups of students on guided tours of Singapore’s attractions and activities, following planned itinerary routes, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants by adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines during the event or tour
- Managing any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tour
- Assisting with event/tour logistics planning, including the curation and organization of activities
- Preparing documentation such as event checklists, operations briefs, and resource requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Events Management
- At least 1 year of experience in event management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
