Sales and Solution Architect, Senior Manager - Toa Payoh - ref. y8970115

The Sales and Solution Architect will be responsible for driving sales and solution design in the Singapore region. The solution design will entail co-creation workshops with internal EY teams and client stakeholders. This role involves extensive collaboration with EY Service Lines, client CXOs and operating teams and understanding the client context, and ensuring that the solution design aligns with the overall client strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales in the Singapore market including origination and pre-sales activities for enabling functions such as finance, HR, Procurement, IT, etc.
• Creation of value proposition and proposals and lead client presentations to showcase firmwide capability and experience
• Support key clients in the market including existing client relationships. Work with different service lines and leadership teams to co-create solution offering for their clients.

• Perform due diligence /rapid scan assessment for clients to shape value proposition
• Facilitate data collection, analysis, benchmarking and creation of business cases.
• Perform maturity analysis and assessment of existing processes in the functions in scope and create a high level to-be design and a list of improvement initiatives
• Prioritize initiatives in a transformation roadmap and help clients achieve the value case through multiple solutions

• Design the transition plan and methodology for various solution for clients
• Facilitate transition related activities such as knowledge transfer planning, knowledge transfer, service rehearsal, cutover and Go-live
• Facilitate hypercare for stabilization

Years of experience and education required:

• Overall experience at least 10+ years
• Minimum 10+ years of experience with transformation led experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering
• Master's degree in business administration
